Sales Director

Mark has lived and worked in Wimbledon Village for some of the premier agencies for the past 25 years, selling some of the most desirable properties in the area.  Starting his own business is a natural progression and he would like the company to become one of the most important agencies in the area,  where the passion, energy, experience and commitment shine through and a welcoming, personal approach is extended to all clients.

Commercial Director

Richard initially qualified as a Chartered surveyor in 2002, and for the past 20 years has worked in various areas of the commercial property market. Experience gained at pensions funds, commercial agencies and a family office, provides him with a breadth of experience that ensures the best advice is provided to clients when investing in commercial opportunities.

With over 15 years of experience in the local lettings area (ARLA qualified) in the property industry, specialising in Wimbledon Village, Wimbledon, Coombe and the surrounding areas, I have built an in-depth understanding of the local market and its unique communities.

Living in Wimbledon and being raised in Wimbledon, I offer genuine local knowledge and insight that helps my clients make informed property decisions.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, property developers, and corporates advising on lettings,  management and marketing.

I pride myself on providing a professional and highly personalised service, building long-term relationships based on trust, integrity and exceptional results

Olivia Demel

PA to Director & Sales Administrator

Olivia brings over seven years of local property sales administration experience, gained from working with some of London’s premier estate agencies. She is passionate about her role and is known for her excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service. As PA and Sales Administrator, Olivia plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. From managing and coordinating property viewings to supporting the sales and lettings teams, she keeps everything organised and on track. With a keen eye for detail she maintains that operations run seamlessly. Outside of work, Olivia is a proud dog mum to her toy poodle, Chi Cha. She enjoys discovering new places to eat, cooking, and following her favourite sports, of Formula 1, tennis, and rugby.
