Wimbledon Homes is a boutique estate agency that offers more than just the traditional sale of houses. We are focused on higher end properties for discerning buyers, who expect a level of service that matches the quality of the homes they are viewing. 

Mark Beim

Mark has lived and worked in Wimbledon Village for some of the premier agencies for the past 20 years, selling some of the most desirable properties in the area.  Starting his own business is a natural progression and he would like the company to become one of the most important agencies in the area,  where the passion, energy, experience and commitment shine through and a welcoming, personal approach is extended to all clients.

Richard Beim

Richard initially qualified as a Chartered surveyor in 2002, and for the past 20 years has worked in various areas of the commercial property market. Experience gained at pensions funds, commercial agencies and a family office, provides him with a breadth of experience that ensures the best advice is provided to clients when investing in commercial opportunities.

Lisa Gentry

Lisa has over 20 years of local rental and property management experience through working in agency and as a private landlord. She is Arla qualified (Association of Residential Letting Agents)  for Tenant and Landlord peace of mind. Lisa is passionate about her role and has excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills.  She strives to achieve outstanding results.

Sarah Pollard

As an Administrator, Sarah has honed her organisational and client service skills through supporting Directors, CEOs and Property Managers for over 20 years.  Having lived in Canada and the USA, Sarah chooses Wimbledon as her home and has done for over 15 years.  A fabulous place to raise a family, play tennis and go to the theatre!
